Daniel Sims - Director & Adviser

I love to dig into my clients’ problems and either find solutions or enable the client to find the answer for themselves. I create simple solutions to the complex problems that many small to medium-sized businesses face. To do this, I focus on finding the root cause of the challenges and delivering key outcomes, engaging the whole team and enabling the management team to move closer to their goals.
I have enjoyed many leadership roles throughout my career including operations, production, strategy and sales and have learned through my career and private life a huge amount about myself:

I really enjoy meeting new people and learning about them and their outlook, even if sometimes, their views don’t tally with mine. I think that it’s important to listen and understand other people’s opinions and interesting to find out what they enjoy!
